Our team and protocols are designed so your session is as safe as it is thrilling. Before every race we inspect the track and gear, and our instructors lead a safety briefing with rules and flags.

| Flag | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Start or resume. Track clear. |
| Yellow | Caution. Slow down. No overtaking. |
| Red | Race stopped. Brake and stop safely. |
| Chequered | End of race. |
| Black | Disqualification. Leave the track. |
| White | Last lap. |
| Blue | Give way to faster driver. |
| Black with orange disc | Mechanical issue. Pit in. |
Incident response
- Staff trained in first aid.
- Emergency kit available.
- For major incidents, call medical services and notify the operations manager.
Customer responsibility
- Sign the waiver before using the karts.
- Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
